Bye Bye

Stella doesn't seem at all concerned that if I leave, she will be all alone in the house with the cats.

Yesterday we said 'bye bye' to our little friends Holly and Teo for the summer. They will be in California until August.

We have officially entered the toddler years. Stella has yet to learn that throwing her head back and screaming when she doesn't get what she wants hurts her more than it hurts us.

A Visit with GrandMom Tina

GrandMom Tina and friend Noreen came down for a visit on Sunday. GrandMom brought Stella a new Elmo doll. For a child who has never seen Elmo on TV, Stella sure does love Elmo. Stella says Elmo: 'Mo Mo' and has taken to carrying him around over her shoulder. Today, after lunch, I put her tray of food within reach so she could snack on the leftovers. A little while later, I noticed Stella take Mo Mo over to the plate and put a bite in his mouth! Too funny.
